Hey! I'm Ciria, the founder of Ladybugs & Crickets, a mom of three beautiful girls and the wife of a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. My husband and I have been married for over 17 years, and our family has always been the center of our world.

Growing up, my family faced financial hardship. As the oldest of three children, I saw firsthand how hard it was for my parents to keep up with toys. We relied on soup kitchens and were often sponsored for Christmas gifts. Those experiences stayed with me and taught me how important it is for children to have access to safe, meaningful toys without placing additional strain on their families.

Now, as a parent myself, I see the other side. Kids naturally ask for more and more toys, but toys are expensive and often used only a few times before being forgotten. They pile up quickly, creating clutter in already busy homes. I wanted a better, more practical way.

That’s what led me to create Ladybugs & Crickets. I wanted something practical, a way for kids to enjoy toys and learning experiences without families having to constantly buy more or deal with the clutter—so everyone can focus on play.
