- What if a toy breaks?
If a toy breaks or becomes damaged, please stop using it right away and let us know during your next return or exchange.
- How long can I keep a bundle?
Bundles are kept for a two-week period. Members may exchange them early at the next available exchange date if desired
- How are toys cleaned?
All toys are cleaned and disinfected using child-safe products designed to be effective while remaining gentle on skin.
- Is there a commitment?
There is no long-term commitment. Memberships are billed automatically monthly and may be canceled at any time. To prevent future automatic charges, cancellations must be made by email or Facebook message prior to the next billing date.
- How do returns work?
The member will choose the return date and time on the reservation page.
-What if I can’t return the toy before the two-week deadline?
We strongly encourage you to email us to inform us that you won't be able to return during the two-week deadline. We want to ensure fairness for all members; overdue bundles are charged $3 per day until the total equals the bundle’s retail value.
-What if we lose or return the toy broken?
Lost, toys are subject to a replacement fee separate from the membership cost. The replacement fee equals the retail value of the toy or bundle. Returned toys that are broken or damaged will be reviewed, and any applicable fees will be determined at the owner’s discretion.
