Billing & Renewal
Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically on the same date each month.
Memberships remain active until canceled.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime. Cancellations take effect after the member notifies by email. No refunds for partial months.
Toy Use & Care
Toys must be returned in reasonable condition. Normal wear is expected. Lost or damaged toys may require a replacement fee.
